It’s simple! We add 2 business days to the date (in your local timezone, must be in Australia) when we received payment for your order and it’s your guaranteed delivery date. So if you place an order at 9pm on Monday, the guaranteed delivery date will be Wednesday. Public holidays in Victoria or the destination state are excluded.
If your cable does not arrive by 9pm on the guaranteed delivery date (according to Australia Post tracking), a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Note that if a shipment is transferred to a post office for collection on the guaranteed delivery date, it is considered delivered on time regardless of the actual collection date.
We only guarantee deliveries made to Express Post delivery network. Outside the network Australia Post will still deliver as quickly as possible, but we won’t be able to offer any guarantees.
We are so confident in our CableGeek Express packages that we’ll offer a 18-month replacement warranty for all orders. Within 18 months of your purchase date, if for any reason your cable is defective or accidentally damaged during normal use, we will replace your cable for free.
To claim this warranty, simply send a few photos showing the damage with your order number (or invoice number) to support@cablegeek.com.au and we’ll take a look.
